Requesting a build team to make a Japanese themed hub

Hello Mc-Market,

I normally don't post here but, I am looking for a team of skilled builders to complete a hub for me. I have a layout sketched out and there are only a few requirements.

Requirements:

• Must live in United States because I don't like dealing different timezones when it comes to builders, developers, etc.
• Must have your own build server that I can access whenever I please to check progress
• Must be completed in a fairly reasonable time, please don't take a week long break while building my hub
• Must have a portfolio of previous builds
• Must have a Skype that I can contact you with any questions that I may have

If you are interested in taking on this commission please feel free to PM me or respond. Make sure you submit your portfolio in your PM and meet all the requirements. I am not interested in pre-made hubs, I want this built from scratch. Also I'd prefer that we discuss pricing via PM and not publicly.

We are a U.S.A. based team, we have 13 builders (Not all are from the US, but more than half of them are). I, the Owner, am in the states as well.
