First of all a bit about me. I am a designer who has been designing for years, in recent weeks I have became a bit un-creative due to the amount of stress I get from my College work. So i'm looking for another designer to design websites for me via Photoshop which I will then code in html/css and either sell as a template or 1 copy of. The money made will be split 50/50.
I'm only looking for good designers as I have wasted a lot of time with smaller/bad designers who think they can do this. I know a bad designer when I see one.
