Requesting a partner for Crypteria (Factions server)

Hey, MCM community!

What exactly am I looking for

I'm looking for someone to take a very big role on my server. This role manages all paid advertisements. My partner will be working with youtubers and organizing deals with them for a certain percentage of server profit (varies depending on how much my partner spends). This role is responsible for managing paid advertisements only (I am able to manage everything else). YouTubers shall contain sub amounts between 50k-100k. It's a very important job, and I am only looking for one person to be in charge of it.

Benefit for the partner

I am aware that it is a risk to invest so much money into youtubers, and this is why you are getting benefit from it! You will be receiving any percentage of server profits you wish (as long is it's logical). You will be receiving monthly rates, after the money gained is used to pay off server expenses (hosting, etc). We will discuss this more over Skype and/or Discord.

Requirements for this 'partner'

-Fluent in English
-14+ years of age (may make exceptions)
-Medium-Big budget (enough to afford youtubers with 50k-100k subscribers to make videos)
-Mature and proffessional
-Flexible available times
-A good amount of reputation on this website (may make exceptions)
-Experience with this sort of role/Some sort of contact with medium-large youtubers
-Has a Skype & Discord account
