Requesting a partner for my server!

Hi!
I'm Gilles and I recently bought a server. I need some help
maintaining and setting it up. I'm basically looking for a middle man
that can help me with the control panel and some plugins (set them up, not create them).
Basically I pay all the bills and you maintain the server, maybe for some money in the future!
