Requesting a quote for building a custom map

Hello, as in the subject of the post, I would like to inquire about a quote for creating a custom map.
What will want it to appear on it:

• the map is to be about 6k by 6k in size
• the map is to be used for a survival rpg server
• are to appear 5-6 towns (towns would be under quests and others)
• 2 mines

and that's it in total.
