Requesting a server setup

Hey, I know I'm a brand new user to MCM so you may not be willing to negotiate with me due to me not having a reputation. However, to insure a good deal goes ahead, I would be willing to do everything to make sure you are never in a position where I can scam you or something. Any requests you have so you are never anxious about this, I am of course willing to follow provided your reputation is good.

I am looking for any type of factions server or a network with factions on the network. Either an already setup/developed server or a server made to my request. As for a budget, something reasonable, I don't really know what servers go for so for that reason I'm not prepared to state any numbers incase I get ripped off and am able to make a proper valuation.
