Requesting A Small Plugin.

Greetings,

I'm currently in need of a small plugin for my server, this plugin will be called "stacker."
What it will do is when a user crouches and places a block it will stack up to Y 225 using the
blocks in their inventory.

I don't need any permissions for this plugin as I want every individual to acquire the feature to perform this.

Commands:

/stacker toggleon
Output: '&8[&cFactions&8] &7Stacker successfully &fenabled&7.'

/stacker toggleoff
Output: '&8[&cFactions&8] &7Stacker successfully &fdisabled&7.'

As you can see I've utilised Minecraft colour codes to make it easier.
If anyone can do something like this for free I'd greatly appreciate it.

This wouldn't be a small plugin to make as you have to modify locations.
