Requesting a web developer

Hello, I currently am in need of a web developer to code a forum, vote page and staff page and possibly some other tasks such as adding graphics to the home page etc. You will need to be proficient in C++ HTML HTML5 and possibly JavaScript. I can code you a fully custom forum but it will set you back about $1900+. So yea, but if you mean just a forum theme then that can be done within budget.

im curious as well, hahaha.. and anyone requesting someone to be fluent in all of these languages should have the common sense to understand they arent gonna do it all for $75

C++ can be used for website applications but isn't used much as its limitations within a web type interface, he may mean C# or Java as they are the more used for in depth applications inside websites. Either Way the price point and code base he may want are way off
