Requesting a Youtuber

Hello,
So im looking for a youtuber to make a video reviewing my server, and advertising it basically. I own a prison server with a lot of cool stuff. our website is mythprison.com if u want to check it out. We have really cool pvp with custom enchants and custom weapons so ill think you will personally have a good time on the server.
Requirements:
- English speaking channel/youtuber - were an english speaking server and wont be able to communicate and help other non english-speaking players when they come to the server
- Active Channel - I want a channel that has an active community behind it (doesnt have to be large community, a very small one works too, just an active one)
- If the videos have disabled comments or likes i will not be able to make a deal as i wont be able to tell the reaction users have to your videos and if its legit or not.
- channel has to be legit. i can tell very easily by looking at comments if they're bought or not so dont try to scam me with fake views/likes/comments
Preferably:
- Someone who is looking to be active on the server, so i will give you the youtube rank with cool perks plus you will be able to advertise your channel on the server in a few different ways
- Someone who does not make videos related to hacking/griefing etc.
- And i can make a deal with whoever has most views/vid / subs / likes / best content etc.

Now here's the main part:
The reason i am not looking for a huge youtuber is because i dont have a huge payment option. I am willing to pay 25$ to the best youtuber to contact me by tomorrow evening (Sunday). Although, 25$ is a descent amount so i do expect people with good youtube channels to contact me.
