Hello everyone!

My name is FriedWingis and I currently own and develop a Network called BadlandsMC! Who are we? BadlandsMC is looking to revolutionize the game with completely custom features, game modes, and metrics. We have had a successful start for our first factions map with over 50 players on SOTW. Sadly, over the weeks after SOTW, many players were angry with our existing staff members, saying "they were having a great amount of bias" and "no one does their job correctly." This was a terrible way for us to grow our name because no one wants to play on a server whos staff is biased. Therefore we closed our doors and began to look toward the future!

That's where you come into play! Administrators are crucial to any server and we are looking to hire a few. Since we are creating our own custom game modes and features, we need admins who have a slight amount of experience with Java and the fundamentals of server security and infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be aged 19 or older
• Must have some Java experience
• Must know how spigot works
• Must have real-world social experience (from a job or volunteer work)
• Must know how to operate backend features
• Must be able to manage other people
• Must be able to be a team player

NOTE: We are looking for multiple admins, you MUST know how to be a team player.
