I am looking to pay someone experienced with semi steampunk/fantasy builds, mix of these two styles and (you'll see on our build server), my main designer doesn't need a whole build team but instead someone to boost the progress on the build server with the outskirts and a bit of the main city. Cindervale is the capital of House Ironstride. The House is more themed on scholastic pursuits and commerce than it is on militant, magical, or secretive intrigue (though the lore and in-game pursuits will diversify this from our current bread and butter, so to speak).
Cindervale itself is intended to be a sort of cross between Methes Avonthes and Monas Roth, with fantastic soaring quartz spires, lapis roofs, and open-air courts alongside metallic fixtures and solid lines.
The town is divided into two general areas: the outskirts (which are further subdivided into the southern and northern areas, which sandwich the main town between them), which have pastoral and industrial themes (in respect to the previously mentioned division of area), and the main town, which has an urban and industrial theme. Both areas will have a large underground portion that will be largely functional, providing farms, living quarters, storage, a haven against raiders, etc.
The center of the main town, at least, will be dominated by a plaza and a central building that serves as a governmental hub. It is also the personal home of the House’s Patriarch (or Matriarch). It may also have apartments for new players (or those might be in the surrounding area).
