Requesting an event plugin for my server

Hi!
I'd like a custom plugin for my server which adds events (such as parkour, last one standing, sumo, etc).
Here are my requirements:

• Easy to set up (the event arenas are entirely configurable from in-game)
• Configurable time limits for events
• WorldGuard compatibility
• Vault compatibility to give a configurable amount of money in-game to the top 3 (winners and runners up)
• Java OpenJDK 11 compatible
• Inventory is cleared when they join the event but then restored to what items they had in their inventory when they leave the event
• When people get out they can still spectate
• Source code required

Here are the events that I'd like and how I'd like them to work:

• Parkour - First person to reach the end in a certain time limit wins; lava at the bottom of the map teleports you to the start/the last checkpoint you stood on
• Sumo - 2 people who are in the event get teleported to the arena (other people in the event can spectate) and they punch each other until one gets knocked off the arena; the person who gets knocked off is out and can only spectate; the winning person stays in the arena and another person who isn't out is teleported and so on until there is one winner left
• Last one standing - Each person gets a configurable set of items; fight to the death; last one standing wins
