Hey I'm requesting an anime banner for a friend. They want it for a soon to come AMV YouTube channel.

If you have high rep I am happy to go first, but if it's low I will pay once you send the 1st draft of the design.

This is an example of what they want. I will be paying for them, through PayPal only.
They have a budget, but first please come to me with prices then I will provide it. The want the banner to specifically be "Darling In The Franxx" inspired (An anime show). And the model for the banner should be zero two.
