Kodirati is correct. It will auto respond based on a command or text that has been said in the chat.

I don't have a set budget at the moment. Just looking for quotes from different developers.

timeframe?

Not really specifying one, because each developer has their own speed that they work at. I don't want to force a developer to get it done sooner if they are already under a lot of stress with a lot of other projects. I just don't want this to take months, since it's a really easy bot that could probably be made in 1-2 weeks.
