I am the owner of ChronicNetwork I recently just decided that I wanted to become a network the first server we had was factions but we want to extend it to prison therefore I am need of a build team to built the prison server my Budget is within 100$ so if you're up for the job go ahead and leave a comment or pm me!

Alright, how big is the spawn you are looking for and how big are the mines? Being very honest that's a smaller end budget for the things you've listed.

Could you provide the dimensions you are looking for in the spawn and the mines?
