I'm looking to start a RPG server and need some builders. As of right now, the server has no money so I'll be unable to pay. However, look at your work as an investment. You'll own part of the server & the donations that eventually will come, and you will also get to help build amazing things.

I already know how to develop custom plugins myself, and I have created servers that have earned thousands of dollars.

If the servers you worked for earned thousands of dollars, why can't you pay the builders you're requesting?
