For the last year I've been working full-time as a video editor. I've worked with tons of prominent figures and teams in the Minecraft scene such as Moose, Doni Bobes, Quiff, SSundee, JeromeASF & many more!
I spoke to one of MrBeast's team members and was given the opportunity to work as a Content Strategist, Video Editor or Manager for them — which is a dream! Ultimately, I had to turn it down until I turn 18.
Frankly, I'm burnt out. I love my job but I've always had the mindset to expand, and I've gotten to the point where I physically cannot take any more clients on. So 3 months ago I decided I wanted to open an agency. And that's what we're going to do!
The plan:
Reach out to, interview and train a couple of part-time employee's.
Re-build the website with more specific branding in mind. (Our current website)
Begin transitioning my current clients, and new ones onto the agency.
Profit!
I have endless contacts in the community, and new people reach out multiple times a day JUST through word-of-mouth. I'm looking for a business partner who has previous experience running businesses, has spare funds to invest, is a motivated individual, has contacts who can help and can be available the majority of the time.
Just this year alone I've made 6 figures, and by next year the agency could easily pull in 7 figures. I want to stick to Social Media for the agency, not branching out to commercial clients until we have a proper footing.

Quick edit, I want to mention that I'm not looking for a 50/50 split, as much as I appreciate how much people are willing to put in, 50% isn't worth it for me in the long-run.
