Requesting custom Faction spawn! (willing to pay) {Must be a true builder and seller}

Hello my name is Fiend. I currently own a network. I am looking for a faction spawn. Which is fully custom. I would like to include a shop in the spawn {If possible} I would also like 4 community animal farm's. This spawn need's to be atleast 200x200 or bigger.
Mu Budget is 15- 20$. I do not scam and I don't ever intend to. So I would like a professional builder or someone who is trusted to work on this build for my network {Millennium Network}
If this build goes smoothly and nothing wrong, the builder or his team shall receive the 3rd highest rank on my server as well as the other money for the build. One thing I would love is to have a pixel art saying Millennium Factions On all 4 side's or anywhere as long as the player's are able to see it. I shall also make a video on my you tube which as about 144 sub's and 15k views and show off this amazing build when completed which will also maybe help you get more client's so that's all and my theme for my server is a aqua theme but no to light and not to dark like in between like Blue ivy color so that's all for more detial's and would like to contact me please hit me in the PM or on skype at Amazingfiend and If the build is done very well I am willing to goi higher than 20$ thank you

A 200x200 build from a quality team would start in the 60-70's, you say you are willing to expand your budget, but by how much?

Yes I know I said that but now I am having somone create a 100x100 spawn (faction) with a drop down pvp arena/area with a shop for 25$ which is pretty and like i said to the other person thank you for your feed back and reply and if you are able to beat the offer I was given I am willing to deal with you
