Requesting a good built world for my server

World Requirements:

The world should have

Spawn

Drop Party area
Boss warp area
CTA Arena
PVP area

Spawn:
A server’s heart where players get a first glance of what server is. Do your best here. Server should have these things

A good place for Spawn point location
A place for keeping crate chests
A place for npc
A place for leaderboards.
Anything cool you want add go for it (Please do add)

Drop party area
This place should be like a great big hall. Here a lot of players are going to come when a drop party occurs.

Boss warp area:
This place should have one safe area where boss cannot enter. The boss should be in great hall bigger than drop party area. Here players will use custom boss spawn egg and fight the big boss

CTA Area:
Capture the Area is area where players are going to pop each other to win the event. So design it in a such way that the place is well comfortable for pvp.

PVP area:
PVP area should be nice large open land. Make sure its designed with pvp aspect in mind

Note:
All builds should be in modern style and cool. As its for OCoolCraft server
The builders name should not be there in any where. I will add it separately if u want it.

Before Payment:
Do a screen share and show your build live. Explain everything clearly.
(no photos or videos)
Answer all my questions correctly don't try to hide anything.

After Payment:
Submit your world. (Don't try to scam. It will land u in big trouble.)

Nobody will do this. You have no reputation. You're going to have to pay at least half first, or nobody will place a single block for you. Otherwise, someone could invest 10+ hours into a build for you to just call it off and not pay them anything.

you may find people will be reluctant to build something without an agreed-upon price. You may feel that your terms are perfectly fine, but many builders I know would be very reluctant about terms 4, 5, 9, 10 and 11. Some might be about point 1 as well, but since you're not actually asking to have them build on a server controlled by you, that one can pass.

Seriously, "don't argue with me" seems like it's a bit ominous.

Can u please remove this reply. I am sorry for my terms of services. If they seem unfair to you, you don't need to take up the deal. This reply is not necessary and it doesn't help both of us in any way.
