Requesting dev for multiple plugins

Hi there!

I am currently making a server and I would like someone to create me a few plugins listed below:

Unrepairable:
- I would like to be able to hold an item in my hand and type /unrepair this item would then have a lore &cUnrepairable and cannot be used in an anvil in any case.

AntiEnderman:
- I would like a plugin where enderman cannot naturally spawn in the end only through spawners.

LootForKills
- I would like a plugin where when a player kills a player it sends the killer a message which is configurable in a config and two custom commands can be configured to be executed on the killer.

Budget:$12-$15

Pm me if you can create these plugins for me

You will probably need a higher budget since you are asking for 3 plugins. Try finding any alternative public plugins that might work for your need.

i dont see why i would need more than that because two of the plugins are like 20 lines xD

The plugin you are describing as LootForKill can easily be done in plugins such as MyCommand with player events. I would look for alternative plugins for stuff like this.

Why has such big plugin in your server just for one command, not worth the performance.

Well, MyCommand can be used for many different things such as providing commands like /forums, /vote and scripts can also be used with this plugin. eg. daily reward every 24 hours with the command /claim.

His budget is plenty, what he's asked for would take a competent developer under an hour, at least it took me under 1 hour, and personally I think his budget is fine, then again that's me.

His budget is fine, the other guy just doesn't know what's he talking about.

Well, I'm just saying that most devs won't work for such a low budget. As NebTheDev mentioned above, he is willing to do one for $10 meaning that all 3 would approximately be $30 which is double your budget.

Some devs might want to do it for his budget and I respect that decision since it is your time and not mine but my view is in general and might not be the same as yours.
