Requesting Developers [Big Budget]

We are looking for a select few of developers who are experienced in the gamemode(s)
Factions and KitPvP. They will be given tasks on a weekly basis we are not looking for fulltime developers we are looking for developers who can help do projects and be paid per commission

What do you get
We have a set budget for $1000 that we have set aside for our plugins. This will hopefully get us to what we need and we are always available to extending our budget,
