Hey there,

My name is Infused_Phantom and I am the owner of a new factions, pvp and creative server that has not yet been opened to the public. I am looking for developers that can create custom plugins and modify existing plugins. I am currently hosting the server off of MCprohosting so if you have experience with them it would really help.

Some examples of plugins I will need are a levels system (a plugin that will allow players to spend in game money to level up and gain abilities), A custom class system (a plugin that will allow players to pick one of 4 classes which have unique names and kits) and plugin that allows players to see all online staff members and allow staff members to communicate with each other through that command.

These are just a few examples of plugins I will require, I would like to hire a developer and charge you for the plugin, however, If I can see that you have a lot of experience, I may decide to hire you for a set pay each month. Pay will be dependant on the complexity of the plugin and the time it takes to be completed. All prices can be negotiated.

If you're interested, my Skype is Nathanfaescotland
Feel free to message me

If you've got a bit of money, perhaps consider Kimsufi, SoYouStart or OVH.com. These guys are great and quite reputable. Excellent for small-medium sized networks. I recommend getting a dedi though, not a VPS. Their VPS don't have the best CPU single core speeds. If you have some decent money, look into getting a dedi with an E3 or E5 processor.

I recommended against Kimsufi as they have a 15 second delay in DDoS migration.
When I used Kimsufi I was able to enable permanent mitigation. I was a customer for 2 years and it was at around the 1 year mark that this became an option. I assumed it was a new feature.

Yeah. Having a ping increase of more than 10ms is not worth the 15 second delay of DDoS protection. I have also setup custom iptable rules to protect against small DDoS attacks, and a lot of DoS attacks.
Neat. :)
