Hello everyone i am in search of a developer to join my team for this new server I'm creating that will consist of Sky Block for right now then eventually Prisons, SMP, Factions and more once we grow. I'm not looking for a normal developer, I'm looking for someone that still has a passion for the game, that enjoys playing it and wants to profit off of something they love. The position that I am offering is a partner position so essentially you wouldn't have to invest any money just the time that it takes to make the plugins I currently have another business partner that is in it strictly for the business end and is willing to put up some capital for builds and also advertising and he has a server hosting company so we have server hosting covered all that we are left with that will cost money is advertisement and development and this is where you would come in when we release everyone that has initially invested in the server development whether that be in advertising development or builds will be getting 150% RIO (Return on investment) so that would be 100% of what ever you initially put into the server + another 50% as a bonus for helping the server get started Then as a partner we would split the profit from the server after putting money into the server. And as a partner this server would be your baby for lack of a better term, so you would be able to implement ideas that you have been wanting to see over the years
