Hey
My friend decided to create a server, but needs Dev
The server will be Plots, Mines and Arenas (stole my idea nub)
At the moment budget is low, although from the server Ranks I hope are bought xD I will pay the Dev.
Again, its your choice to do the service, as theres no way I can pay atm without Rank Donations

a developer that sets up plugins or makes them?
