Server Moderators ​

Role Purpose​

Moderators are responsible for maintaining order, encouraging engagement, and representing the server professionally.

Responsibilities​

• Enforce server rules consistently and fairly
• Monitor chats, voice channels, and tickets
• Welcome new members and answer basic questions
• De-escalate conflicts and report serious issues to admins
• Assist during events and announcements

Requirements​

• Active availability (minimum several days per week)
• Strong understanding of Discord permissions and moderation tools
• Clear communication and professionalism
• Ability to act without bias or favoritism
• Prior moderation experience preferred (not required)

Advertisers / Community Promoters (NEEDED)​

Role Purpose​

Advertisers help increase visibility and attract members through ethical, approved promotion methods.

Responsibilities​

• Promote the server in approved Discord servers, forums, or platforms
• Share official server advertisements only (no spam)
• Use assigned invite links for tracking
• Maintain a professional image when representing the server
• Provide basic reports (where/how often promotions were posted)

Requirements​

• Familiarity with Discord advertising and partnerships
• Ability to follow promotion guidelines strictly
• No use of bots, mass-DMs, or spam methods
• Professional communication and reliability
