Maybe change your thread title to 'Requesting Voluntary Staff' rather than employee since you won't be paying them. You can also add more information about the server so more people will be interested. I'm sure you're not gonna hire someone with no info, right? Same goes for the people here, they won't become staff on an unknown server. Hope this helps and good luck :tup:
