Hello everyone, right now I am looking for a user who can design me a enjin website with a footer, navigation bar, etc

What I'm looking for is:
- Navigation Bar with Players Online, IP Address (Click to copy), Buttons with Hovers, Sub-Buttons with Hovers, Player Settings, Logo beside [opmines.com]
- Footer with Buttons with Hovers, Sub-Buttons with Hovers, Copyright Texts (insaneprison.org/home)
- Custom Coded Theme with color schemes of light red and light gray (Light Red is Secondary while Light Gray is Primary) [hazcraft.com/home]

My Budget will be unknown until a enjin web designer is very interested in doing this job, if so, I will tell that designer my budget, unless you have an appraisal on how much this job will cost, that will be appreciated if you can tell me how much this job might cost me
