We are releasing a HCF Server called GoneHCF, and are in dire need of a Community Manager to manage the server on the EU Timezone when me and the other two owners are not online.
This is a volunteer position, but has the possibility of being paid in the future should it require that (the workload becomes too large).
As a community manager, you will be expected to:
- Read all staff applications that come through
- Interview incoming staff members
- Make adjustments to the configs/permissions if necessary
- Manage the staff team overall
- Provide weekly reports to the ownership team (of which will be discussed in your interview)
- Manage the discord server on EU hours
- Manage the forums on EU hours
- Manage the server overall on EU hours
- A good history of being a staff member
- Must be in the EU timezone (or somewhere near EU)
- Must be able to communicate to us owners in the US timezone, as well as other staff members in the US timezone
- Must have experience with Factions, and specifically HCF servers
- Must be over 15 years old no exceptions!!!
- Must have experience as a community manager, or a related position
- Must be willing to voice chat over discord, teamspeak, and or skype
- Must be able to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement
- Must have experience with ZPermissions
- Recommended to have experience with discord and xenforo
