Requesting Exec Team - Prison Server (Co-Owner's, Manager's, etc)

Greetings!

I am searching for a small team of executives for a minecart prison server. Nothing started as of yet, however looking for a team to grow and move forward, profit sharing and pay included. Currently looking to fill some of the following roles: Co-Owner(s) & Managers

Requirements are as follows:

• Experienced with Prison Servers (Preferably experience with the OG type, example MC-Convicted, Mumaus, etc)
• Experience with running servers
• US Based (Not a deal breaker, but would prefer someone within the US due to timezones and everything)
• Looking for someone 18+, however will consider others with the right maturity and experience level
• Mature & Dedicated attitude
