I am currently looking for experienced staff member(s) who is/are ideally based in EU. Said experience staff(s) should at the very least be familiar with server setups and how servers operate in general. Development skill is not required, but at the very least one should have gotten their hands dirty in configuring plugins/setups before. While people/community management skill is a plus, do note that this cannot be the only thing being brought to the table.
Edit: I'd appreciate if those reaching out with supposed rich experiences be able to produce some sort of credible evidence. Unfortunately, I cannot afford the risk appetite to take a gamble so a reliable and well backed-up portfolio would serve as an important filtering criteria - appreciate the kind understanding.
