Requesting EyeCatching Flashy Banner

Hey guys, my server will go up on .org in a few days, and I need a nice flashy banner to use when I get it. Now, I'm not looking for those super nice high quality 3D banners, I'm looking for something that's eye catching, and flashy.

Here's an example of what I mean by flashy and eye catching:

Now, I would use something like that, but unfortunately, minecraftservers.org doesn't allow banners like that on their front page due to epilistic measures, so I'm hiring a nice designer to whip me up a nice eye catching flashy banner that fits in .org's tos. It doesn't necessarily have to be flashy, but definitely eye catching. Also, please don't come up with your bullshit saying something's eye catching, when it isn't, I decide if it is or isn't. Budget can be discussed when we talk. Thanks!
