Requesting Factions Server Discord Bot

General
!add - Adds a user to the ticket you type the command in.
!remove - Removes a user from the ticket you type the command in.
!private - Makes it so only Sr Admin (or higher) can see the ticket.
!rename - Renames the ticket you type the command in.
!close - Closes the ticket you type the command in.
!say - Make the bot type something in the channel the command is sent in.

Factions
!report - Opens a player report ticket under Player Reports category.
!appeal - Opens a player appeal ticket under Player Appeals category.
!freport - Opens a faction report ticket under Factions Report category.
!fappeal - Opens a faction appeal ticket under Factions Appeal category.
!buycraft - Opens a buycraft issue ticket under Buycraft Issues category.
!bugreport - Opens a bug report ticket under Bug Reports category.
!apply - Opens a staff application ticket under the Staff Applications category.

When the ticket is created, the bot should automatically display a format in the ticket (that is customisable for us) for the user to type their report/appeal/issue/application in.

When the command is typed, the bot should automatically send a direct message displaying a format in the ticket (that is customisable for us) for the user to type their report/appeal/issue/application in. At the end the bot should ask the user to confirm with !confirm, and then the ticket will be put under the appropriate category in the discord server.

Suggestions
!suggest (type in create-suggestions channel) - Sends the suggestion to review-suggestions channel to be reviewed by Admins via reactions. Admin clicks X1 reaction emoji to send it to suggestions channel or X2 reaction emoji to be deleted. If sent to suggestions channel, the suggestion will have 2 reaction emojis (upvote or downvote) for community to vote with.

Staff
!warn - Warns a user (with a reason).
!checkwarnings - Checks all warnings that a user has.
!mute - Mutes a user for a specified time.
!unmute - Unmutes a user.
!kick - Kicks a user from the discord.
!ban - Bans a user from the discord.
!unban - Unbans a user from the discord.
!lock - Locks the channel you type the command in so that only certain roles can type in it.
!purge - Purges a specified amount of the chat.
!strike - Gives a strike to a staff member.
!checkstrike - Checks how many strikes a staff member has.
