Requesting Feedback on Portal Page Design

Hello everyone!

I know I don't post here too often, but I'm currently working on a portal page design to sell in the Resources section since I've had a bit of free time. There's not a whole lot done at the moment, but I've reached a point where I think its far enough along to share. I may end up restyling the default Bootstrap navbar a bit.

Anyway, here's a current screenshot of the design:

Price your looking to sell for?

Not quite sure, which is why I'm asking for feedback. I think $20 might be a good selling point.

How ever much, I'd buy it.
