I need a good builder / a good build team to come and build a project for us,it is fairly big project with a reasonable completion time frame, if we find your first commission is good we may ask for more builds !. The details of the build will be discussed with me on Skype.

What we require.
A good reputation on MC market - things like vouches, no bad comments against you
A portfolio filled with amazing images of you builds !!
A server for me to come on and view your builds ( I'll need to see a decent amount and a few builds relating to the project )
Proof of some builds you made ( I may ask for proof of the builds that you show me on the server to prevent scamming )
When in the process of the commission you must allow me to view the process daily so I can check up on progress

Payment is substantially high depending on your skill level. You can give us a reasonable quote and we can negotiate to both of our needs
. Payments will be given on a 50/50 basis (again to prevent scamming)
