We are looking for someone to work full time for us, meaning we are your only focus and priority, Someone with experience doing Custom Factions, Kohi SG and Practice.

Your post's format makes it seem you are arguing with someone more than being a request for developers to work for you.

You also don't provide any details about hours, who you are, or why someone should even consider applying for this position.

Just because you provide a link to a youtube channel doesn't mean it's more appealing than any other person on MCM creating a thread recruiting developers.

You also don't provide any proof that you are working with this content creator or are affiliated with them in general.
