General Manager [NON-PAID]
Job Description
Recruitment: Oversees the entire management team, ensuring that they are performing up to standards
Training: Ensuring that the management team has the necessary skills and required functions to perform their duties and care for the server.
Performance Evaluation: Monitor server performance of growth and players and understand how we can improve and make the server better.
Qualifications & Skills
Leadership and Management: Ability to lead a team, manage resources, and ensure that all parts of the operation work cohesively.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of server hosting, configuration, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Minecraft plugins, mods, and server administration is important.
Community Engagement: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with players, staff, and external partners.
Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with the community through announcements, social media, Discord, or other platforms. Keep players informed about server changes, updates, and upcoming events.
Operations: Oversee all gamemodes, management team and operations on the server, keeping updates with developers and general configuration work on the server.
