Past experience: Ive never been a Staff on a HCF server but i do have friends on the hydra staff team and i was actually staff on some factions servers, and i do know the hcf commands
Knowledge of hardcore faction:Ive been playing it over a year, 7+ months on hydra
Why would you want to help out the server?: What I think I can bring to the staff team is a good community overall. I would try my hardest to make this server the best server out there, such as banning all the people that are breaking all the rules, and being disrespectful to others. I think I can make the community cleaner, make it less toxic, when I am playing I see people saying "kys" and a lot more stuff that is very disturbing to see in chat. I would also help people that need help in chat. I see a lot of people needing help in chat, but staff are not helping them.I would also help people in TeamSpeak, because I think that is very important to do as a Staff member, because they could've died to a Hacker, or lag.
I have experience being staff across several servers . I'd say I'm pretty good at being a staff member and can provide knowledge in areas that most people can't. I'm a social person, which is a necessary trait for being a staff member. I learn quickly, am mature, and efficient in my work. I know what I'm doing when it comes to being staff and making a server run smoothly. I'm good at dealing with people in a fair and mature manner.i can bring to the server is, Pure dedication, confidence. I would honestly put everything out my way to help this server strive for success, and I could maybe even bring some ideas that I thought of that could make the server better or not, just could be a thought.I am very kind in the community, I can bring a good community, keep the chat clean and non-toxic. I am also very active as a member and probably try and be more active as a staff on weekdays and weekends.

When I wrote my application I said that I was bored with the things I had to do for those servers. The mods interpreted it differently than I thought they would. They thought I would be bored here at Asylum, but I meant specifically those servers, because of their gamemodes. I would never get bored over here at Asylum because of the vast majority of gamemodes this server holds. Thank you and I hope this misunderstanding doesn’t continue!
Now onto the experience!
I want to however, break this down into servers because it will be a lot of easier that way.
Badlion - Badlion (Resigned due to bias and disrespect of other staff members) Okay, so I first applied for Badlion in April of 2015. I was accepted 2 weeks later and started hosting right away. This was when Badlion had no health indicator when shooting someone and not kill top or any of that stuff. I was a Trainee for about a month and kept hosting daily. It took up a whopping amount of time out of my day which I didn't like at the time because I didn't have straight A’s in school which is required for me. I want to first address that this problem won't happen anymore because I consistently keep my grades to straight A’s and have a lot of free time. After my month of being a Trainee I couldn't take the disrespect of the staff. They were very ignorant towards those who made the littlest mistakes which made me angry. I resigned a little bit after that experience. During my time as a host, I hosted about 30 games because I hosted everyday for a month. I was just about to become a full host and was called by many, “their favorite host.” This was something that actually made me want to stay, but I couldn't handle the disrespect so I resigned.
DynastyUHC - (Resigned due to me quitting) Alright onto Dynasty. I was a host on Dynasty for an unknown time, because I forgot how long it was ;c. During this time, I figured out how much I really enjoyed to be a UHC host. It was a very enjoyable experience and I loved hosting around 2-3 UHC’s a day. Dynasty was owned by a man named Melon and I thought he was A great server owner. My favorite game mode to host on Dynasty was LMS. I probably over hosted that game which caused me to host a lot more of a variety on other servers because I didn't want to over host one specific gamemode. I sadly resigned from Dynasty because I wanted to quit Minecraft at the time. I came back a while later and regretted leaving at all. I know you guys aren’t asking for hosting experience, but this is also great moderating experience because I still had to handle hackers, and just cheaters in general.
MCGamer - I was accepted as a MCGamer moderator in the summer of 2015. This was a great experience for me as a player, and a person in general. I know that I resigned for the staff reasons, but during the time of me being a moderator, I learned the skills of a good moderator. There is this stereotype going around that people think “MCSG Moderators are terrible.” I didn’t want this to revolve around me. Because of this I told myself everyday that I was going to go one step further than I initially expected too. During the time of me being a moderator I got on the forums, server, and teamspeak every single day. I put forth so much effort towards the servers and I don’t regret it at all. That is why I am a great choice as a staff member for Asylum because of how much effort and dedication I will put towards the servers. I will get on the server, forums, and teamspeak everyday and show my dedication towards the players, and hopefully it will rub off on other players.
Velocity-MC - I was first accepted as a helper on Velocity in the summer of 2015. I was a helper on Velocity for a good 2 months. They however decided to have a staff reset because of the other staff members.
Knowledge of hardcore faction: I have lots of knowledge of being staff / player on a HCF server. I have actually been a staff member on both ViperHCF and ParaHCF however, I resigned due to problems with the other staff.
Why would you want to help out the server?: Because I want to see this server reach its full potential and I know it can with my help.
Do you know the commands of a staff member?: Yes. I know pretty much all the commands as a staff member and actually a ton of the commands as being a HCF staff member such as freezing players, etc. I have owned my own factions, prison, and pot practice server so I am very familiar with all of the commands.
