Requesting help to fix my dedi.

So whenever I join my dedicated server, I could go around for however long then it would freeze and kick me with this error: Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

It is definitely not a plugin issue since I've tested it with no plugins, with plugins etc. I was testing quite a few jars such as Bukkit, Spigot, PaperSpigot and TacoSpigot. If anyone could help me I would be very grateful!
