Requesting help with shopgui+ shops (commands)

So I have the plugin shopgui+ and the author of the plugin isnt very active and I can't get a response out of him, but basically I need help with the part of the shop where you can sell permissions, whenever I set it up it just takes my money but never gives me what I want. I cant figure out why its not working so I figured I would come here. I am willing to pay if I can get this fixed. Thanks, Jacob

No its not, everything works ok in the gui, it says "you have bought the permision" it takes the money away as well, the problem is it doesnt give the item your purchased
