Our server is the OP Prison game mode, with a completely custom-developed core. You will be forced to adapt to these plugins and learn how they work.

How you will be paid:
I prefer to pay with crypto, but I am willing to adapt depending on what you can offer as a worker.
As an example, I have paid people in the past with ways such as: Crypto, PayPal, Revolut, Bank Transfer, Stripe

- Proficiency in English, you must be able to formulate sentences fluently and accurately
- Dedication, agree to a commitment and fulfill to your promises
- Availability - Consistent work days (is discussed per applicant), no work on weekends

- Extreme understanding to how modern Prison OP/NON servers work on the front end and the back end (configuration-wise)

- Ability to strategize design, and be consistent all throughout the server

- Ability to do reliable math to calculate server-wide economic strategy (we have tools to help with this as well)

Some information to know if you are applying:
- Our server is horizontally scaled, each location of the server is split between multiple spigots
- We are running 1.19.4 at the moment
- We support bedrock
- You will not have access to the jars of the server, everything will be edited through git and deployed in real-time
- It is understandable if you are a bit unsure how our git is set up, we will teach you through this process. It is similarly the same way as localhosting a Minecraft server but instead, your changes are being deployed to our server when you push
- You will likely need an alternative Minecraft account to be logged in simultaneously when working on certain features to make things easier
- I am in the Eastern timezone
- Typically our team works from 7AM-6PM EST range, you are not expected to work this amount of hours- it is the range of time during which most of us are online
