Looking for a developer who is experienced in developing custom made plugins that are complex and different. I will pay per plugin made after it has been tested and what I am looking for. I want a developer who is mature, available most of the day, and communicates well... I don't have a budget so cost doesn't matter to me. I want high quality plugins built
