Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to sign an NDA
• Good communication skills
• Previous teamworking experience
• Fluent in English
• Flexible schedule
• An understanding of Git and version control tools
• Knowledge and Experience in Java
• Prior experience working with MySQL and Spigot
• The ability to write high-quality, scalable and tested code

Bonus Qualifications:

• Well versed in the Minecraft protocol
• Distributed system experience
• Experience with Maven and similar build tools
• Previous prison server development experience

Project Scope

Our immediate priority is the development of a comprehensive Prison core with the following features:

• Player-owned mines with customization options
• Custom pickaxes, tools and armor
• A unique enchantment system with special effects
• Advanced upgrade systems (Forge, Components, Glyphs, Pets, Robots)
• Multi-currency economy with shops and an auction house
• Progression systems (Ranks, Prestiges, Pickaxe levels, BattlePass)
• Gang system with gang mines, cells, events and wars
• Crates and key systems with rewards
• WorldGuard integration
• Minigames, events and PvP features
• Admin tools, leaderboards, warps and kits

Project Budget

We have established a fixed budget of $1,000 for the complete development of the prison core as outlined in our documentation. This is a comprehensive project requiring efficient development practices and focused implementation of the specified features.

Payment Structure:

• 30% upfront upon agreement and signing of contract
• 30% upon completion of core systems (mines, tools, economy framework)
• 40% upon final delivery and successful testing of all required features

We're seeking developers who understand how to work efficiently within budget constraints while maintaining code quality. This project represents an opportunity to contribute to a focused, well-documented Minecraft prison experience.

Detailed design documentation will be shared with selected candidates after signing an NDA. We're looking to begin this project as soon as possible.
