Introduction
I am Fallenrespect32, I am the Owner of Influx Network. Influx Network is a new and upcoming network that will try and fit all the players needs by providing the widest selection of game modes possible. We are searching for active builders to become a part of our build team for the network. We are not searching for build teams to work for us, or builders to come in and create one build then leave. We hope to create a large and active team to continuously create builds for the network and be paid for their hard work.

How You Will Be Payed
All transactions of money will be done through Paypal. Payment is negotiable, all prices will be set on a per build basis, based on the detail, size, and whether it was completed on time. No builders will be payed until post-server launch when the server bills are payed for and revenue is flowing in. All builds will be reimbursed, no build will go unpaid! In the event that the server fails or does not receive ample donations, you will be payed directly by the owner for the builds you completed. You will be paid no matter what, please understand however that our focus is on paying for server bills.

The Process
If you are interested in joining you will need to contact me via Skype, please PM me your Skype username or comment the username. From there you will be added to a meeting with our Build Team Leader and other administrators and discuss your possible offer here at Influx Network.​

Are you willing to sign a legal contract over that?
If not, I recommend people don't bother unless they don't mind the payment never arriving. Not saying it will never arrive, but the risk is definitely there, because despite OP's best efforts their server may not get sufficient donations to pay you.

I agree with you that a concern is there, however this is not the case. I have a lot of experience with running Minecraft servers that have fairly successful. I know what its like to be scammed and I am not the type to do that. I know your going by what I say but I have people that can hold me to my word.
