Lush Lands | SMP Survival 1.19.2
Java & Bedrock Supported.
Hello! I own a server called Lush Lands, it is an SMP Survival Server on 1.19.2 as the main version.
Our server supports both editions of Java and Bedrock. IP Addresses are the same, but obviously with a port for bedrock.
I bought the server in August, and mainly released around end of September. Right now, our peak is 7-9 members at a time. 2-4 when it's at its lowest.
We have many features to offer, of course I am not claiming it is unique but it is nicely presented enough to be called worthy of playing.
We have 8 vote links, sponsors on some voting sites, advertisements in discords, and a few small streamers. It is making an impact.
I am wanting to grow my server, but I need to grow my management team before I do this.
I need a few people, but unfortunately this is not a paid position.
I am requesting a Community Manager & Marketing Manager.
Marketing Manager will be given a budget to spend for any advertisements.
You will also need to record, edit and upload clips onto our tiktok and youtube shorts.
You will also need to keep the server updated with changes on our discord and twitter.

Community manager will not be on a budget, all availability will be in-game.
You will need to keep the community engaged, find ways to bring new members, etc.
Host events, giveaways, and find some feedback from the server for the owners.
