Requesting older mature players for staff

I am making the 2nd map for my factions server PureMC a smaller server that gets 30-40 players weekends but has been down for the last few days I am looking to bring a new staff team on that is professional and can handle things, But I am looking to start them at helper or mod depending on how much you talk and how responsible/trustworthy.
