I'm the most subscribed youtuber in Georgia with huge fanbase ( 350 000+ Subscribers ) and I just opened my own Minecraft server called FriendlyCraft. The server is currently in a "just opened" state, with a well established playerbase and community, but things are starting to have issues (development), it starts dropping tps after 100 online and have bugs, errors from some plugins which is our priority to fix. we want to push forwards and grow the server into something bigger. Opening was on 3 October, 8PM so server is really new. It handled 600+ players on network with 5 gamemodes and 200 player limit on each gamemode.
We used iridiumskyblock which died really fast (plugin) so we lost many players because of this issue. This is opening live stream to have clue what was going on.
With such plans for expansion, we are looking for somebody experienced in server optimization as well as plugin configuration to assist us with these projects. We would pay through commission, so you would get paid based on the work/jobs you do (which we can negotiate further on discord). If possible, please provide any past experience/projects you have been involved in.
Servers: I've 4 proxy and 4 lobby using redisbungee and Infinity-filter, Factions, SkyBlock, Survival, LifeSteal, BoxPVP.
(I believe it is possible to have 300+ online on each gamemode with 0 lag. Total must be 1500-2000 players)
