OblivionPrison - Looking for: Advertisement, Engagement & Events Manager
About the server
- The server is Prison-based, using a non/semi-op style, with newer features integrated into it.
- We have many custom features, including Gangs, Tournaments (for the gangs), Guards (which you may remember from old-school-style prison servers), Lucky Blocks, PlayerMines, Shards, Bosses, Envoys, Credits, Gems, Pets, Mystery Boxes, Events plugin, custom Drugs plugin, Quests, custom 'Rares' and much more.
- We are based on the latest version of Minecraft.
- We have a discord server with 270+ members.
- We have 1900+ unique joins on our prison server.
- We have 3 domains, fully securing our brand, with 9 active IP's to track different forms of advertisement.

Job roles and responsibilities (combined job, however, responsibilities separated for ease of understanding):
Events Management- Ensure that all Events which are planned, take place, and staff cover is provided when necessary and appropriate
- Ensure the Events calendar is updated regularly, new Events are scheduled on Discord, and Events are advertised to players effectively
- Ensure staff who are hosting Events are prepared and understand how to host the particular Event
- Ensure all prizes are fair and are given according to our Events document [link redacted for privacy]
- Ensure communication with Development team regarding new Event ideas, current Events which work well, and those that do not - with ideas to improve all
- Ensure communication with the Management team for providing winning players with the correct reward(s)
Advertising & Engagement Management
- Implementing strategies regarding advertising, engagement and player retention throughout our server and discord server
- Working closely with the Development, Build & Management team in order to create strategies and campaigns to gain and retain players (working with our PLAN Analytics proxy plugin to track player joins and retention)
- Overseeing the execution of Events & the Event-Coordinator
- Giveaways (via discord + in-game)
Requirements:
Although I do not have any specific requirements, some desired ones would be:- 16+ (although 18+ preferably)
- Experience in this field (events & advertising)
- Willingness to start with a smaller community and help build it and watch it grow
- Ability to join our community, bond with our players, and form relationships with them -
