Requesting Paid Video Editor

Hello MC-Mark- BuiltByBit!​

I didn't really know where to look for something like this/post but I am looking for a video editor that's good with transitions!

Have a few IRL pictures & videos that I want to be compiled into a nice video for an anniversary. It should really focus on "smoothness" as I don't want it to look like some slide show or some TikTok edit that I could make myself.

I'm not 100% sure which pictures/videos would be usable so I don't necessarily have a budget so am mostly looking for quotes!
