Requesting partner for an upcoming server!

Greetings,
I am looking for a partner to make an upcoming server with me preferably named 'mine.run' although we can change the name if necessary. I have owned a setup company in the past called 'Convex Setups' and also a server named 'AetherMC' which sold for $220.

How would this work financially?

However much money you put into the server you would get it all back through donations, for example if you bought Web-Hosting, Server hosting and Buycraft for $100 for example you would receive $100 back in donations off the server and then we would go 50/50 on server profits. I was thinking that you would purchase: Web-Hosting, Server Hosting, domain and Buycraft and I would purchase graphics. (This may seem unfair but it is the point of a partnership, hopefully they shall make it all back nevertheless.)

What would you receive?

• You would receive an experienced server owner and configurator.
• Full dedication and support with the server.
• I could make a basic Xenforo theme or we could hire someone and I would help them make it (this is because I am still currently learning how to make the Xenforo themes.)
• A professional server owner.

What am I looking for in return?
​

• Someone to help support the server financially.
• A professional server owner and has experience owner and running Minecraft servers.
• You have to have a specific talent e.g. you are able to make Xenforo/Buycraft themes or you can code server plugins.
• Full dedication and support with the server.

So what aspect of the server would the person be dealing with. In-game with the players (Front-end), coding plugins/bug fixes etc (Back-end), or managing staff (Side-end? No idea what it's called).

Though I don't currently have enough money to contribute in a partnership, I'd be happy to, if needed, be a manager or website developer.

Who would provide builds? Advertisements? I don't see how you'd would purchase graphics as you would get a discount from Kirbs. You asking the partner to pay for 3 things and you pay for 1 and it is a 50/50 donations split. Doesn't seem fair to me.
