Requesting Partner!

I am looking for a partner in my new style of Prison Server! I have already invested around $350 into making it, and I have a decent sized advertising budget.

About Me:
- Major in Game Design
- Minor in Data Analytics
- 19 years of age
- Started up 2 different servers, not released to public
- OP and * on Gizmo Prison
- Previous staff on Momento Network
- High level of prison server experience
- I like making money, but I'm making this server to help pioneer a different outlook on prison servers

My Terms:
- You don't make money until I break even
- We decide profit breaks/divisions based on work ethic

Prerequisites:
- Expert level of knowledge in permissions!!! (I use Pex)
- At least 16 years of age
- Previous managing / server experience
- Advanced (medium) level of knowledge in configuration
- Expert knowledge in Multicraft/FTP (you don't need my help to do shit)
- Ambition. If you're in it for purely making money, stop reading and find another thread.

Your Role:
Help me in these regards...
- Manage website
- Manage FTP / Multicraft
- Manage player experience
- Facilitate server activities / reports / events
(pretty basic stuff, just know your shit)

The server is probably 80% complete. I've already spent 80+ hours on server development....

I've read your description "resume" and it was very intersteing. Have previously posted elsewhere for CoOwner and if you have intentions for an Owner who can take on some tasks to clean more things off your hands then I am interested in contacting you to see what your views are on my appliance to this server.
